Headline Entertainment by Jody Jenkins & Rio City Ramblers

San Antonio native, Jody Jenkins, is just carrying on a family tradition ... playing music and having fun. Jody combines contemporary country covers, original tunes and classic rock for a crowd-pleasing mix that has made this band a fixture on the Texas club and party circuit. Recently awarded top honors in the Marlboro Music Talent Roundup, attendees of GEOINT 2005 will be treated to an exclusive performance from this six-piece show and dance band!

A Complete Culinary Extravaganza

No San Antonio welcome would be complete without the tastes and aromas of a typical ranch party in South Texas, where the best of cuisines from ranching country and Northern Mexico meet. Savor succulent meats grilling over mesquite coals, hand patted tortillas, fried catfish and oysters, and the world's largest nacho bar—accompanied by quail cooked three ways. Indulge in a chili bar with three different "alarms" and cool off with watering trough full of cool beverages. Let's not forget the fried stuffed jalapenos and hot roasted corn.

Finally, feed your sweet tooth with red hot flavored ice cream, homemade pies and cobblers, and bread pudding. Hot coffees and Mexican chocolate top of the desserts with a special touch.
